Personal delivery.

Note: Personal deliveries in Guadalajara Jalisco will only be valid in the metropolitan area.

If the "Local Delivery" option doesn't appear when you create your account, it means you're outside the local delivery area. If so, you can pick up your products at our store located at 4532 Plata Street, Lomas de la Victoria, Zip Code 45607, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. Tel. 3324808227 or select your preferred shipping carrier.

Personal Delivery

  1. Order Confirmation:
  • After making your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Be sure to review the information you provide to ensure it's accurate. The delivery location, date, and time are required. You can also send us the location via WhatsApp at 3324808227.
  • If you choose "Cash on Delivery," we appreciate it if the exact amount due is entered.
  • If you choose to pay at OXXO, bank transfer, or PayPal, payment must be made to proceed to step two.
  1. Packaging Process:
  • Our team will carefully pack your products to ensure their safety during shipping. If you have any special requests, please send us a WhatsApp message at 3324808227.
  1. Home Delivery Notification:
  • You'll receive a message from us notifying you once your order is on its way.
  • Our courier service will deliver your package at the time and address you provided during purchase. Please ensure that you or someone else is available to receive it at the time and location you provided.
  1. Check your package:
  • Upon receiving your package, please verify that it is in good condition and matches what you selected in your shopping cart. If you notice any problems, please notify the delivery person directly so they can resolve them immediately.
