REMOTO WEEKLY: Tijuana + San Diego — This Weekend Is for Riding

What's up, crew:

This week, scootering is moving at the border. San Diego has international competition and Tijuana is taking it to the streets. Two different plans, a few kilometers apart.

San Diego gets serious

From August 13–16, Clairemont hosts the San Diego World Skate Challenger + USARS Scootering Nationals.

Confirmed disciplines are Scooter Park and Street, with Men's, Women's and Junior categories. If you want to compete internationally, follow this event to see the level.

And for Mexico, the best part is that it's just across the border.

Tijuana hits the streets

On the other side, Tijuana has a more street-focused weekend.

Saturday the 15th — 3:00 PM: San Sesh at Skatepark San Ángel, Playas de Tijuana.

Sunday the 16th — 11:00 AM: Tijuana Street Jam, starting at the Auditorio Municipal.

PROTO, Tilt, Prime, OHLAY, Remoto and other brands from the scene are supporting the jam.

One day in the park. One day in the streets. That's how it should be.

Tijuana Street Jam and updates
